okay, all of you who mix Perpetuem paste... HOW?
It clogs my gel flask. The valve is unusable; I can at least get some of it out by taking the top off and sticking my finger inside. Way sticky. Yuck.
In a Ziploc bag, it sticks to the sides so badly that it's a huge chore to get any of it in my mouth, and most of it goes on my face.
It sticks nearly as badly to waxed paper.
I've pretty much given up on it, but I'm sure I'll have the same problems if I bring along hummus instead. So what do you do?

For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.
I do about 8 scopes in a regular water bottle.
To be a little more clear: I want it for running. On the bike it's not a problem, I just carry a baggie of powder and mix it regular strength as needed. I need to have enough to bother with, in a 5 oz gel flask. Sounds like maybe that's not possible.
