Sacramento, Auburn peeps recommend a ride

Anyone in the Colfax-Auburn-Sacramento area... can you recommend a good ride or 2 to me in the Auburn-Colfax area? I'm interested in 25-35 miles. Hills are OK, but it would be good if there's a flatter one for the SO, too. I've looked at MapMyRide but I just can't tell from the info on most of the rides what they're like. It would be good if you could recommend a LBS with some local ride maps, too. (Am I asking too much?)

Thanks for the links. They are a start. I'd found a few of those sites. Some of the rides look interesting.

The problem is that the ones that link to MapMyFitness or MapMyRide don't have descriptions of things like where to park and what roads to turn on to. I can get some of it by zooming in, but I was hoping to get some suggestions from folks who'd actually done the rides. If I'm going to drive 60 miles to do a ride I'd rather have less fumbling around looking for parking, etc.

Okey doke. Well, feel free to let me know which rides you are interested in and I'll let you know whether or not I've done them or know any particulars.

I have a friend who has a good 35 mile route that goes through El Dorado... a bit of climbing but not too much. I've asked him to send me the link... I'll post it when he sends it to me

That's almost exactly the route that we did last week. It was beautiful. The grass is green, the flowers are blooming, the path is in great shape... *sigh*
