FS: 36/38 cm Cinelli handlebar

I have a very small aluminum Cinelli road handlebar for sale. It was the stock bar on my 2001 Cannondale R500, and I've finally decided that it's actually too small for me.

Width: 36 cm center-to-center at hoods, 38 cm ctc at the ends (slight flare).
Reach: ~100 mm from center of tops to inside of curve. This was the hardest part to measure, so it's approximate.
Drop: ~145 mm from center of tops to center of the end.
Clamp size: 26.0 mm

It has some scuffs and scratches from use, but is otherwise in good shape. It's a double-groove bar, and comes with small rubber strips to fill in the back groove if not needed.
