Hello, everyone. I used to post on this thread back when I had a devil of a time trying to lose any weight. I joined a program about six months ago and have never in my whole life had such easy success, and that's why I'd like to pass along some info to those of you in the SF Bay area. Jumpstart Medicine has helped me enormously, and I've lost 20 pounds in the easiest possible way ever. This medically established program has grown from two locations to around seven or eight in the bay area. You might want to check the web site. For at least 15 years I had tried to lose but was never successful. This is a sure way, and, no, I do not work for them. Just thought I'd share this. Wishing continued best of luck to all here.

Hi my name is Susan, and I'm a peanut butter addict.

Oh peanut butter, how I love thee. So creamy and salty...

Seriously, I obsess on peanut butter. That probably means my body is missing something critical that peanut butter provides. Either that, or I simply have lost my peanut butter willpower. Regardless, it's totally sabotaging my eating habits of late.

Ah well. One more mile on the treadmill....

although I had agreed to go for it- I am recovering from broken ribs and a dislocated collar bone (thnk you Mr. driver of a pickup pulling a trailer with yard tools in it) and am not getting in my regular exercise andnot eating much but cruising on drugs so I am withdrawing from the challennge. Maybe aanother time.

Peanut butter addict here, too! On apples, bread, toast, celery, anything else I can spread it on.

When I cut out Starbucks, I lost 20lbs in a few months. It's worth it. Tea is better for you anyways, and it's just as good. I haven't missed coffee a bit, and I certainly haven't missed spending over $500 a year on coffee.

I forgot to check in this weekend...probably because I'm STILL stuck at the same weight.
