You are passed by a guy on a single speed BEACH CRUISER in nothing but his boxer shorts!
Poor running hubby! He was on his third lap (15 miles per lap) in a 12 hour mtb race this past weekend. He was part of a duo, and discovered that he was endurance challenged by lap three. He was cramping, and just miserable. And then a guy who wants to win a beach cruiser comes by him.. I guess the promoter was giving away beach cruisers and said he would give you one if you did a lap on it. The guy spoke up and said he would also strip to his undies AND ride the loop..
Ahh running hubby, I don't think he will live this one down anytime soon!!
