233 even this morning, but all things considered, I'm okay with it.

I didn't even over-indulge yesterday, but I think I'm still going to avoid the scale today.

169.8 I totally overindulged and sitting here typing this I still feel full. I'm going to have to work hard to get rid of all the Thanksgiving pie I ate but it was worth it.

Sorry I've been MIA. I've been tied to the computer with essays. I haven't been good and am back at 225. I will try harder this week.

Time for me to come clean - 170.0. Ugh. I'm back on track though - and everything but the turkey is GONE...so there are no excuses!

    Heavy sigh...

Last Monday was DH's birthday. He requested carrot cake. I complied - and had a couple small pieces over the course of the week. Then came Thanksgiving and all it entails - foods I normally don't prepare or eat plus pumpkin pie (which I LOVE), and my fall-themed gingerbread cookies. I did get in a couple power walks and a short bike ride, but the overindulgence won out and the scale showed it. 137 . It's my own fault. Back on track this week.

    162. At least it's in the right direction.
Not bad, considering the holiday. But with just the 2 of us, the holiday dinner was small and reasonable. Although I did miss my pumpkin pie fix. I need to rectify that.
