Since Friday. Nose stuffed, too. Ack. And Halloween costumes that need a clear-headed seamstress.

I've had a honking dry cough leftover for weeks after recovering from a cold. No flu, no pneumonia, I'm waiting on the results of a valley fever test that will more than likely come back negative, and the cough suppressant I was prescribed yesterday that seemed to be helping may or may not have caused the rash I woke up with this morning.

I called my NP this morning to tell her about the rash, and her medical assistant answered the phone and addressed me by name--before I said a thing. I guess I've been calling them a lot.

We're trying steroids now... I'm more than ready to be rid of this. Hopefully whatever you all have moves through your system a lot faster than mine has.

I started sneezing uncontrollably Tuesday night, in my class. Not good in a small seminar room! By yesterday AM, neck was stiff, runny nose, chest not so good. I felt horrible and got freaked out. I took my temperature 100 times yesterday, but nothing, so I just felt thankful it was not a work day for me.
A little better this morning, but not good enough to run this morning.
Badger, I think I had 3-4 Valley Fever tests when I lived in the valley. Always negative. Then, about 4 years ago, I had a chest x ray that looked weird. Went to a pulmonary doctor and I sat down in his office, he opened open his computer to look at my x ray and said, "You lived in AZ, didn't you?" Apparently I had Valley Fever one of those times I was really sick and now my lungs have the scars to show it.
Hope you all are feeling better. Heading to work today, but probably just a walk this afternoon, even though it will be nice enough for riding.
