153.34 lb - slightly down since the last weigh in. Have to be honest. Been sneaking chocolate, but it's all gone now and I won't buy any more.

    145 again.

I don't think I'm ever going to budge from this weight.

    204.4 Up .4 lbs.

Very depressing. I've been food journaling, exercising, saying "no" to the soft pretzels and potato chips. Eating lots of veggies . . . . Sigh. I've even gained back all the inches I lost.

    Back up to 143
This is what lousy eating & not exercising enough will do!
This coming week HAS to be better (fingers crossed!)

Down to 139.5. It's going slowly, but continuing to move in the right direction.

    Stayed the same at 156.

It's been a crazy-busy week at work, conveniently coinciding with my first week back at full time (um, yay? ) and when I'm stressed out I hit the snacks. And I had no desire to climb on the trainer.

So all in all I'm glad I managed to stay the same ...

    Argh!

I can't seem to break 147, even with increased activity. So, I am still the same and going to the beach tomorrow.

131 and no excuses! well, rain, rain, rain, all week, after a 100 mile weekend, I never got back on the bike this week.

I am off to Bike Virginia for the next 6 days, leaving in a few hours!! Yeah! I can't wait. I hope to meet Tulip there and I will be camping with about 10 friends. What a blast! Weather tomorrow is 60% chance of afternoon thunderstorms but our camp will be set for two days so won't have to pitch in the rain. Then, hot but no rain in the forecast!

180.0. I have really been struggling. It seems I lose weight and then gain it right back. Lose a pound, gain two pounds. I don't get it.

I am stuck at 150. Pretty stressful week at work, and today my work computer got this huge virus that no one can get rid of which puts me further behind. Hope to get out and ride this weekend.

Oh my, I'm just not getting it done.

I am feeling like I need to take a break from weighing in.

So, Possegal, could you just take me off the chart for now? I'm not a quitter but I think that this decision is best for me right now.

But, as Arnold always says, "I'll be back!"

Good luck everyone and keep up the good work.

140.6 -- Finally! The scale moved a little. I've been doing intervals on my bike.. heavy gear, stand up and pedal as fast as I can for 10-12 seconds. Rest/Recover, do it again. I needed something to shake up my stupid body to start losing again

I was so determined to get out and ride this morning before it hit 100 degrees again I forgot to weigh in!!

Its been a slow riding week this week due to the heat. I love my new bike thought!!!
