Thanks, everyone. It'll be so nice to go to sleep and not wonder where he is.

Mimi: A bath is on the agenda after he settles down a bit. I couldn't get near him to pet him this morning, then I had to head to work. We'll see how he's doing this afternoon. Everyone (the cats, anyway) got a nice breakfast of moist food. Usually they get kibble, but this was a special occasion!

Bouncy: Sorry to hear about your kitty. I'm sure a kind family took her in and welcomed her with open arms.

That is awesome! So happy to hear that Zorro is back!!!

Besides the bath, in regards to the other kitties, you might try an old trick a vet told us to use when DP and I first tried to integrate our dogs - who had several trips to the vet due to their nasty dog fights - take some perfume and spritz just a tiny amount on all the cats behinds. They are less likely to shun and fight if they realize they all smell the same.

    Outstanding! Welcome home Zorro!

(my brother had a calico that my sister in law called Zorro, but the niece and nephew were very little and they couldn't say it right, so they then had a cat named Zero, which was kinda fun actually).
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

I am late getting to this thread, but I have a wonderful time reading the stories. They put a great little grin on my face!

We have a cat whose name is pronounced Zero, but it's spelled Xero -- named after a set of bike wheels, of course!

Wonderful news about Zorro!! Makes my heart happy, happy, happy!!
