Sending big healing thoughts your way.

Hope you can at least start some spinning just to keep in shape!!!! Much luck on your recovery as well!
thank you nancy, i have been taking citracal + d 1200mg for years and stilll do. the dr said that was good. i had my dr appt today and calcium just began to form. i can now sit hold my arm down and move it like a pendelum. i also am working on straightening my elbow. ihe does not want to start pt yet. i go back in 10 days.

i can go in our hot tub, but when i asked about going on the trainer he looked at me like i had two heads. i said other women cyclists do that have had shldr fractures. yhen my husband said i can only go on if i have someone with me.
he is on a ride now preparing for the pumpkin patch ride we were both suppose to ride next sunday, i have my trainer out all ready too hook up. i am trying to decide, mtn with smooth tires or road bike wich i think might be a bit high to get on. well we will see tonight which works better.

sorry to ramble so off the calcium topic, i have too much time on my hands.
