It's going to be in the eighties this weekend and I *have to be in class.*
    I knew this would happen.
Thankfully, the prof lets us out earlier than stated on the syllabus, so I will be able to get a short ride in when I get home. Or maybe it will be so warm out that I can go for a nice ride at 6 AM before I leave.

Right now it is raining and 44 degrees.

If it makes you feel any better, I have to work this weekend. On a locked unit full of Alzheimer's patients with some crazy behaviors.

I'm dreading a 40 degree jump in temp this weekend - just in time for a really tough MTB race on Saturday. What happened to Spring? This is going to be a HUGE shock to my system....

Hang on to your hats - I'm in California and we're in the 90's today. BUT, it's supposed to be miserable, rainy and 60 on Saturday. Go figure. I do find that the weather patterns do eventually cross the US - it takes about 3 weeks though - so in three weeks, the temps will go down again. :P

SheFly, I know exactly what you mean. About 3 years ago, we went on a Memorial Day trip up to NH with a group. The first day, it was 50 degrees, drizzling, and normal New England cr*ppy weather. It was a really strenuous ride, with like 4,000 ft. of climbing in 35 miles.
The next day was 80 out and sunny. We did a totally flat 50 mile ride and both my husband and I had to stop by the side of the road and rest. We were hydrated, etc., it was just the drastic temperature change.
Jolt, yes, you have it worse than me this weekend!

70 would be perfect for this weekend, but I'm not going to complain (as I sit here in a sweater).
