    Thanks, guys.

I'll be good and do the PT, no matter how much I don't want to. I don't like this fragile feeling.

Did 46 miles in 2:48, mostly flat with the big hill of death in the end...out with my SO...he is like superman (semi-pro rider) so I pushed hard to at least keep him amused. He stuck with me until he knew I knew where I was going, then did his workout (he is training for a ride in Tahoe) and came back to me...I was averaging 19 mph and he lapped me twice on our loop! REALLY windy coming home, which blew my average a bit (so did the hill of death). Tired, tired legs today....

Well, after KILLING my 30 mile Saturday club ride ... ... I didn't do so hot on the Sunday 50 miler I did with my friend and Honey. I'm SO glad my husband went with us, as he pulled most of the way. It seemed like there was a headwind in like EVERY direction we turned. It was a long, hard ride and I couldn't wait for it to be over! But I survived.
