Yesterday, I weighed 155. I really try not to weigh everyday, but yesterday, I felt light. Just wanted to see. Today I'm up.
130, up 2! And this for riding nearly 300 miles last week on vacation (but I did eat alot!)??

Steady at 142. My parents treated DH and I to Mexican Wednesday night so I am happy to not have gained. I didn't hold back because we haven't been out to eat in a while, even allowed myself the margarita (cringe at how many calories those have). But I have rode 70 miles this week which is impressive and helped my goals mentally and physically.![]()

At first, this annoyed me. My first week with plenty of veggies, good calorie levels and consistent exercise and I lose only 0.6? But then it occurred to me that if I had a scale that only weighed in pounds (or even 0.5 lbs), I'd be reporting a 1 lb loss...so I'm ok with it.
The good news is that I am finally sleeping better, so I feel better. Here's to seeing a nice self-affirming drop next week!
