    For those who don't know the saying..it means you're not that clued in..

    Do you ever roll along on your bike thinking "something isn't quite right" but then forget and keep rolling along. You eventually get home & tweak something just a smidgen but it's still not exact.

    Don't let it slip your mind..

    I was having issues with not being able to get any power but thought it just beared down to being my normal slow self. Then last week I felt this agonizing pain in my right quad . I then realized..hmmm..something on my my bike must not be right. I began to panic as i'm training for an off road event at the end of the month & have been struggling with longer distances..

    Tonight i visited a physio/bike fitter.(Yes i've seen him before & yes he's good. He must be if he's Sir Chris Hoy's physio..) Yep, saddle was a tiny smidgen bit low & cleats were a bit off.

    There ends the lesson for today. Ensure your bike is set up exactly right!
