    Cool Shot!

    I actually rode yesterday!!!
YAY!! First time in months. I took my flat bar roadie out. Hubby was with me and begged off early, so I only got 35 minutes in, and I was SLOW, BUT (and I have a big one) I was back on my bike!
YAY!!! Now I just need to keep up with it.

    Hi Denise

I was so pleased to read your post.

The only way is up now and best of all, you sound like you really ENJOYED IT!

Way to go.............lovely to have you back on the site, after all, you got 'me' back on here because of similar reasons.

    Take it slowly.

    Hugs

PS My apologies Jenerator, didn't mean to hijack your thread.

That's a really unusual pic, I thought you had taken it but I cannot see any shadow of the camera???

Ice and some snow outside, so it was more trainer time for me...25.06 miles. Watched the movie A Good Year, so it was like training in France...

No thread hijack at at all, great to hear about anyone's ride. I was just happy to get outside, despite the winds and excellent to hear about Denise back on the road.

I did take the picture by holding the camera at my left hip with my right hand.

Wasn't able to get out yesterday, but did make it out this morning for my 19 mile loop. Made it in just over 76 minutes which is very close to my personal best.

Nice flat route, if it wasn't for the wind, what might have been. Gotta love Texas weather in January.

Yesterday was a picture perfect day for riding

I must've been thirsty since I managed to empty 4 water bottles during the ride. I carry only two so had to stop at a local deli for a refil. 1/2gallon of water wowza!! Yes it was warm here too. Oh and the hill climbs didn't help with staying cool. and got a farmer tan starting

    Very fun ride though.
