Did 14.3 miles on the mountain bike at a new trail. DH and I stuck to the novice trail which was pretty easy but had a few little things like roots and rocks.

DH did one loop without me on a tougher trail and ended up endoing. I got to spend his post ride cleaning wounds with the first aid kit. Nothing broken just really beat up and bloody, all is well!

Another hour on the trainer for me, 16.33 miles. I hope it warms up so the snow melts off the roads soon. I need to get outside! It's been two whole days inside!!!

I've just started venturing out into the cold on my bike. Not that it is that cold here compared to some of you, but I'm a wuss, so I think high 30s or low 40s is plenty cold. I'm still getting the hang of the dressing properly for the rides, but this was my second ride in the last week and I was glad to get out there. I only did 6.5 miles, but until these last 2 rides, I hadn't been on my bike since late Sept, so I'm not going to push it.

Hour and a half in an ECycling class. Less yelling from this leader than the other one. Less tending to vomit. I can't wait to ride outside tomorrow. It was pouring today though so this was a great option.

Coach Troy virtual reality Autumn Country Training Ride. About 50 minutes of rolling hills. Should have been easy, but my butt hasn't been in the saddle for a couple months -- I forgot how sore it gets when on the trainer! A couple more days on the trainer and it (my butt) should be toughened up again though.

If it's not one thing it's another weather-wise around here -- thick fog to the ground, or rain. I'm really looking forward to a dry, clear weekend one of these days so I can ride outdoors!

43 miles, 31 degrees, windchill made it feel like 23 degrees. A dry cold which feels better than the dreadful cold/damp combo.

Just some more false flats, but today on my time trial bike. Have a TT coming up in just under two weeks and need to get used to the rotor cranks again
