Hincapie custom kits

Wondering if anyone has experience with the custom kits from Hincapie in terms of quality, fit, performance, etc.

My team is placing an order next week and I'm trying to decide whether I should order multiples of the jersey (race cut) and bib shorts. I'm fairly new so it would be an easy way to start building up the cycling wardrobe with the team discount.

I'm one of the only, if not the only, female on the team so the men aren't much help. I realize fit really varies between women too, but any advice is appreciated

Did Hincapie send your team a fit kit - shorts and jerseys to try on to determine your correct size? This is a standard business practice when a team is placing an order. some men's shorts are comfy for women, and some women can't stand the shape of the men's chamois.
