Great to see how much you have improved. Congrats on an awesome time as well as fabulous weight loss!
Sounds like you are a perfect candidate for triathalons. I admire your tenacity and how much you have improved since you first started this adventure.

Thanks BG. Of course we deleted the ones where I look like a total dork. He has a lot of opportunity for pictures on the run course. There were many of those that did not make the cut. I think he had 30 or 40 pictures from the day, not counting the practice shots he took while he waited for me on the bike course. We pared it down to just 7. There's a "glamour" shot from before the race that is on our website that I didn't include here.
