    Rant: Womens clothes are boring

Why do the guys get all the cool, flashy looking stuff and we get stuck mostly with solid colors (white, black, red, pink, yellow or light blue)?

    I want that Argyle jersey!!!

It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

Exte Ondo is pretty snazzy. It's hand sewn too.

That's why Etxe Ondo gets most of my money... and Sugoi doesn't.

BTW... 'just sent off a letter to Sugoi. I wonder if they actually read them...

Canari *used to* make very nice abstract prints and they used to make sizes that fit me right too.... but I don't see much of that going on these days. It doesn't matter much, as pretty much all I wear is team kit though.

I also used to love the look of Primal Wear's jerseys, especially the art print style ones- but their smallest size was always too large...

Yes, they do. Trust me. The folks @ Sugoi really do listen. BTW, there's a VERY snazzy women's argyle jersey for Spring 2009 from Sugoi! And yes, we've ordered them, in multiple colors.

Some of the Sheila Moon active wear is pretty non-boring, especially their boleros. TE sells Sheila Moon.

I was happy to notice today that TE now also carries Brooks NightLife active wear in screaming yellow hi-vis with black accents. Maybe not super fashionable, but can't call it boring either! I seldom go biking without at least one Nightlife item on to be better seen by car drivers.

The amount of reflectivity on the Brooks jacket is outstanding. I'd put it in the top 3-4 most nighttime visible pieces we have.

I have a 'lot' of Brooks Nightlife pieces. And I never even ride at night!
    nightlife
Today on our 53 mile ride on mostly highways, I wore my Brooks NightLife "Equilibrium" top, the Brooks Nightlife capris,
and a brightly colored Sheila Moon bolero with neon flowers. I was SCREAMINGLY visible!

Many times I have been in our town having coffee or doing errands and some stranger has come up to me saying "I just wanted to tell you how great those bright yellow clothes of yours are- I was driving down the road the other day and i could easily see you like a MILE ahead of me riding your bike!" This happens with some regularity.
I'm glad to see them being offered now on TE!

I agree with BleeckerSt_Girl. Thankyou TE for offering these Nitelife clothing items. I have been thinking about purchasing some but have not yet. I probably have a whole list to get from TE but have not jumped in to spend.

    Thankyou,
    Red Rock
