Count me in, too. I've been on travel for the past 12 days, so will weigh and report tomorrow morning (Monday).

Starting weight is 180. My goal is 170, a more realistic goal than my usual pie-in-the-sky goals.

I know I have been Missing in Action for over a week.. NO EXCUSE really.. last week of the old challenge, I totally fell of the wagon.. no biking, crap for food.. so I neglected to weigh in.. Im not back on the wagon, and just got back from my evening ride. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO BE ADDED TO THE CHALLENGE!!!!

I am not weighing in until friday, so my weight loss goal for the next (well 7) is going to be 15 lbs. (which should bring me somewhere around the 165 mark.)

I will be posting more regularly and working out harder.

Thanks for doing the chart again!!

Sorry I'm late - too much going on in my family with my sister just out of the hospital! Anywho - 174.6 for me and I swear to heck if I don't get out of the 170s I'm going to scream. I'm aiming for 168 by the end of this 2-month challenge.
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

I won't be able to weigh in on Fridays for a while. Too much traveling. Managed to get through the first 2 travel weeks without putting too much back on. As of this morning I'm back up at my old holding weight for a while now: 180.4 If I can get through the travel period without gaining more, then I ought to be able to get down by about 4lbs next month.
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.

Sorry for the delay in posting this! I had to go get my passport taken care of at lunch yesterday, so I've been a bit behind schedule this week.

    Here we go!

    Here's today's workout:
    Miles - 40 moderate
Pups - 28 total (week One)

I am wore out tonight! I think allergies are wearing me out and school started last week so our schedule is still new and getting the kinks worked out. Probably should get to bed early tonight!

Hi - Melissalb checking in. I needed to give you my weight....

    AAAGH!

148 was my last weigh in. This is my highest since losing 60 pounds and getting into the 120's. I'm dying here. I haven't been able to run since getting beat up in the Danskin! And now I'm eating all this crappy stuff. I'm ready to get back down to the 130's. I'll put my goal weight at 135.

Is it too late to join?

I've just joined TE this week and saw this thread this morning. I think this will help keep me accountable. I've gained 8 pounds in the last three months (since getting married!) and would like to stop the cycle. (No more cooking desserts every night!) If I'm allowed to join:

my weigh in this morning: 126.6
    My goal: 119

Thanks for doing this!! I'm new to where I live now and don't know anyone yet to work out with or help keep me accountable for weight loss goals.

    Welcome 3for3

Some of us have been part of many of these 8 week weight loss cycles. (Ok I speak for myself!) Some have done wonderful and lost weight. Then there are folks like me that yo-yo!
I made slow process last time, but had 1 week of out of town business food and drink and a party weekend and YIKES I am starting all over again!
