Just a little 3.25 miles on the treadmill, but I needed it, and it felt GOOD. Had to run in my regular bra since I'd neglected to bring a sports bra to the gym, so a little bouncier than I'd prefer, but not too bad. Better than missing a run!

No, am I first?!
So, I felt like I could run today for the first time since the biopsy, and I really needed to because I've been having nonstop panic attacks for pretty much the last month, and lack of exercise doesn't help that situation one tiny little bit.
Nothing special to report, just my usual out and back from home, took it easy since I hadn't run in over a week.
4.38 miles, and it definitely helped clear my head.

I ran 7 miles last night. I had to make up for not doing my long run over the weekend like I originally planned. I was supposed to do 9, but I have a mntn bike race this weekend and I don't want to trash my legs before then.
But, I had a great 7 miles. I felt strong all the way through the finish. I had been in a bit of a rut, it was nice to break out of it finally.
Walking today -- 10 miles, 2 hours 17 minutes. I was alone and bored! My dog can't go that far anymore. And my walking partner just... gulp... got A JOB! What is the world coming to?!
Downloaded short stories by David Sedaris to my ipod -- unfortunately it only lasted an hour to listen to. Avoided all rain today, YAY!
Everyone Deserves a Lifetime
A happy 6 km for me this morning. Tackled a significant hill (2 km at 5%) for the first time since the spring. Felt good.
