That is the closest thing to red meat that we occasionally buy. It's lean and juicy if you know how to prepare it with right recipes. He's making a bean salad with his own special marinated dressing. Actually quite good. With olive bread from bakery on the side for tonight.

No, just 20km, but it will be sandwiched between a 300m swim and a 5k run. Triathlon baby!
