    This is amusing....
I got an email from Terry Cycles today, advertising some bright yellow hi-vis cycling clothes on sale....
...hmmm...that made me remember that my favorite screaming yellow rain biking jacket from last year was really a little too snug on me in the hips....
...thinking then that I should just give that one to my biking daughter and get a new one for me one size larger...
...Then I remembered it was a Craft Bike Rain jacket and that I had gotten it from TE, not from Terry...

...so I go to TE and order the new larger jacket...plus a couple of interesting jerseys and another pair of my favorite Smartwool socks....

So ironically, the sales email from Terry wound up making me drop a couple hundred over at TE.

Points are good, but I don't expect to get any.
I'll have to settle on getting the goods themselves.....

I ordered this on the side, taking a chance on it:

Well, I always look great in boat-necks....and the 'espresso' color name was the clincher. I got a large and a medium, hoping one will fit.

Mmmmm, my four pairs of SmartWool socks on sale arrived from TE today! Along with my hand-carried water bottle for running. Not sure how that'll work but I need to figure out something. My butt's so big that anything I wear on my hips is going to bounce.

I'm still waiting for my Slipstream Kit from TE. It's been on backorder since March. Dumb PI! Cripes! It'll probably arrive in October, well after the TDF. I wanna ride with pride, ya know?
