    Muffin is far too kind

    We went.
    Didn't really learn anything but did pick up some handouts you'll be seeing
    later, thanks to 7.

    Deb I think you know as much about what tires to use as our speaker did.
    I think it was probably somewhat difficult for him to design his presentation, having no idea who his audience would be. He was surprised at the turnout.

    He gave some general tips and tidbits, it was interesting but probably not worth the $25 I spent getting there
    That's OK, I had never been to REI before.

    I looked at them and stupidly did not buy one.

    I was still thinking about that this morning.

    Someone may be sent on a recon mission

    I also looked at dehydrated food, cooksets, stoves, and titanium forks.

    A most important piece of info for our C&O ride: The pie shop in Hancock opens at 11 am.
    Oil is good, grease is better.
