Who's got an iPhone and a Mac?

I'm particularly interested in your experience with synching your Entourage contacts and calendar - also the look and feel of the iPhone contacts and calendar apps.

I really don't want a smartphone all that much. It's bigger than I want to carry all the time. But as I said six months ago, my non-phone Palm is getting long in the tooth technology-wise, and I can't use it to access the internet by phone with my current configuration. Among other things, the iPhone's screen is almost as big as the Palm's - unlike any other smartphone. The older I get and the more I need my reading glasses for my ADL's, the more important the bigger screen is

I had to get a new phone on an emergency basis last week after I dropped my old one in a portajohn (don't ask ) - but I have most of the 30 days left to take it back and void the contract if I change my mind.

    Input, anyone?

I have an iPhone. I really like it--especially the map function, which has totally saved me several times. The contacts and calendar are very nice, I use the calendar a bunch. It's very user friendly. Just make sure if you get one, get a protective case. Mine's a bit banged up, but it's held up surprisingly well to my abuse.
With a smile like that, I gotta flirt.
Girl, you look like you just got off work.

I've got Mac computers, but no iphone. I don't like cingular/At &T service, so until they are compatible w/ all cell services, I'll wait, and the price will come down too. I love my mac computers though, I want a laptop by Christmas. Jenn

I've got both an iPhone and iMac. The phone syncs easily with the Mac applications and should you ever need to do a hard reset, you will not lose your information because it will be stored on your computer (in iTunes I believe).

What I don't like about the iPhone is that you have to recharge it daily. The battery life is diddly compared to other cell phones.

If you have ever had the pleasure of owning a Mac, you will find that you will not lose all your information should your computer crash. Usually only one specific application will go cuckoo but the rest of the applications should work fine. And unlike PC programs, Mac is very user friendly.

I have an iPhone and am happy with it EXCEPT that AT&T service sucks in comparison to my old reliable Verizon service.
