Hi, wondered if anyone could help with this!
Evey time I go out for a ride I have really bad knee pain on my inner right leg for a couple of days after the ride. It's far worse when resting or in bed at night.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? I did wonder whether my cleats are set up at the wrong angle but with the pain only being on one leg I don't know what to try different!![]()

Thanks for that Zen (or is it Mo?)
Just found this in one of Sheldon Brown's articles so I'll try adjusting the cleats and see what happens!
"Conversely, if your toes are pointing outward as you pedal, the cleats are rotating externally. This can result in inside (medial) knee pain."

Would you post a link to Brown's article? I've been having pain on my IT band and think it's due to cleat position.
Hope you feel better! I'm currently resting, icing, and taking ibuprofen. Can't wait to ride though. Just when I started really working on hills, this happened.
Google is your friend. Just search for Sheldon Brown and you'll find his incredible site.

although none of them tell you exactly how to set up the cleats I'm sure there are plenty around that will if you search![]()
