during that year i've learned a lot from you ladies! this was always a safe place to come and get answers! (the other forums sometimes didn't get the nice/good answers i'd get from you all!!!!!)

Impressive and inspirational! My first year with a road bike ended not long ago, so I went back to see what my stats were. You road about 5,000 more miles than I did! I guess I'll have to say the same thing about my road biking as I do about my mountain biking: I'm just here to make YOU look GOOD! Well, I guess I make YOU look GREAT! It sounds like you've had alot of fun on your bike, and I wish you many more happy miles on year number two.
wooohooooooooooo cali! pretty awesome stats and in just a year! did ya ever think you'd do anywhere near mileage like that??? Keep up the fun riding hun!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
Dang... that is a really impressive year! I have only had my bike 8 months... and I have logged about 800 total miles!
Your "stats" are way impressive!

Wow and impressive mileage!! Great job!
Way to go, caligurl
I look forward to starting a similar thread later in the year
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
Way to go!!! That is great, don't you just love to spend the time out there exploring everything. I know i sure do. Keep on going!
