I have a glass of juice, two sandwiches and a cup of coffee before biking to work (1/2 - 1 hr). And I eat more once I get there
And have lunch a few hours later.
But then, I'm always hungry. If you feel OK I'm sure you can get by without eating first.
Winter riding is much less about badassery and much more about bundle-uppery. - malkin
