I thought it was a lymph node, but now it is the size of a walnut and has a small head in the center. It HURTS!! I have never had one before. It is painful when my arm goes back and forth. I put drawing salve (horse type, of course, my husband is a vet!!) and a big bandaid on it, but man, is it sore!! This puppy better go away soon---I have miles to train!!
Happy running, girls.

If that remedy doesn't work... get to a dermatologist. I had a saddle sore that was like a boil/cyst. It was horrible. Would flare up when I rode, go down when I was done.
I went in and in 5 minutes she lanced it, drained it, shot it up with cortisone and my problem was fixed.
