Well, then, call me crazy. The video is shot from a bridge above the water level (you can see the railing) and the camera person is absolutely stationary. What's scary about that?

Ah, you are correct. I was fixed on the water and the fact that it's on the Billy
Goat Trail. People do crazystupid things out there.
