I'm pretty plain-jane when it comes to jewellery. All I wear on my bike are a watch, my wedding bands, and a silver rope necklace with a Maori greenstone pendant which is supposed to bring the wearer strength. I need all of that I can get.I probably shouldn't wear it cycling, but it was given to me by a dear friend and I just can't seem to take it off.
I have a few flash pieces I can wear when I have to do the formal thing, which fortunately isn't very often. My only real concession to jewellery is my watch collection, which is kinda out of control at this point.
All vintage, all the time.

"I rejoice every time I see a woman ride by on a bike. It gives her a feeling of self-reliance and independence the moment she takes her seat; and away she goes, the picture of untrammelled womanhood."
Susan B. Anthony, 1896
Daily I wear my wedding band, engagement ring, watch, and just started wearing mom's ring and necklace. For riding, I only wear my wedding band. When I first got engaged I would wear full finger gloves with my ring on, but it was a bit uncomfortable and just not worth the risk.
Riding, I wear my wedding ring, a rope bracelet that has only been off my arm a handful of times (to much of a pain to take off and put back on), and sometimes my necklace.
School days, I limit my jewelry because I go to school in a less than desireable area. Watch, wedding ring, necklace, bracelet.
Work and church days, in addition to the school day jewelry, I have a ring for the other hand and earrings.
All of my jewelry was given to me by DH with the exeception of my necklace. It was the first piece of jewelry that I bought for myself after high school. The pendent on it is a half of a quarter that at one time DH had the other half, my daughter now has that half.
I wear my wedding rings. A simple handmade sterling silver band and a really neat set moonstone ring we got in Sydney Austrelia. I wear earings sometimes. And I also wear a lot of handmade necklaces.

Daily I wear my wedding ring and engagement ring, but do not riding. My wedding band is small with channel set diamonds and would fit fine, but my hand swells uncomfortably. My engagement ring wouldn't fit comfortably under gloves. The other ring I wear daily is my college ring but again swelling and bulk make it uncomfortable cycling. I wear all three running if I have them on, but usually leave them home. Salt build up from sweating is just icky on my jewelry!
On the bike I wear a small teardrop pendant my husband gave me, tiny diamond studs and tiny silver hoops. I only take any of those off to clean them, or to wear fancier earrings. And I cycle in a Timex Ironman watch.

I wear a fair amount (not Mr. T or anything) of jewelry off the bike, but before a ride it all comes off except for the diamond studs in my second earpiercings (these never come out). I don't like the feel of rings or bracelets in my gloves or earrings rubbing/catching on helment straps. I don't guess a necklace would bother me, but since everything else is coming off -- it does too!
Where'd you find the ravens, and how do I get a pair??
As for wearing stuff while riding? I always wear two gold wedding bands - mine on my wedding finger, and my man's on my thumb of the same hand as he has a joint problem which means he can't wear his except for very short periods of time. Unless we are going to a funeral or wedding I always wear two wedding bands.
I have a pounamu necklace I wear most of the time and often wear that while riding/racing.
I have a silver pentacle bracelet which I wear most of the year and that stays on whilst cycling.
All other jewellery comes off. I often wear 3 necklaces (a bone carving of a lioness and amethyst with a silver crescent moon wrapped onto it) and at work I wear loads of bracelets - all mingled which probably bothers some people but when you love them all how do you choose (fresh water pearls, silver bangles, paua and silver, gold twists etc...). The gold stuff gows on my wedding band arm, the silver on my pentacle necklace side...
When I do wear earrings I only ever wear one at a time - but never when riding/racing. I wear an anklet in summer, but again, never when on the bike.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
Ravens in jewellery, meaning a native Indian (or in Canada we call "aboriginal") is a common design in the Vancouver area. Not so much in central and eastern Canada.
You have to come to the Pacific Northwest coast... I would tend to choose a real silversmith. Anyway my ears require real metal because allergic to other materials.
Some of your necklaces seem lovely in design.
This same question was asked to guys...and there were all sorts of stories about bashed up rings, swollen finger for wedding band while exercising, etc.
I always take off my wedding band. Its a thin platinum band with a row of inset diamonds. I love it, but I never wore jewelry before I got married and I find it really distracting when I work out. Sometimes I go for days before I remember to put it back on![]()
Does my Road ID count as jewelry? I always wear two when I ride: one on my ankle and one on my wrist. www.roadid.com
My info has changed, and now I want to get a Road ID Interactive so I can update and won't be needing a new info plate each time info changes.
And... the ankle ID holds a Champion Chip comfortably!

I'm a member of an Episcopal religious order. One of my vows is that I have to wear the symbol ( a cross) daily. I usually put it on in the morning and take it off at night. I've found if I do a morning ride and don't put it on, it stays in my jewelry box all day
<just jumping in here: Road ID "Fixx" can have a cross engraved on it>

My ti/red gold no stone wedding band only comes off to wrench on the car.
Otherwise I usually only wear jewelery when I'm playing dress-up.
I used to have an open mind but my brains kept falling out.
