Thumbs up Sheila Moon Fleece "stuff"

Last year I got the Sheila Moon fleece arm warmers and loved them. They're warm, but I never get too hot in them. They're so cozy and comfy I don't want to take them off after a ride.

This summer, I got a pair of the SM fleece full length leg warmers on deep discount at a bike expo. I used them yesterday for the first time in 35-ish degree weather. I HATE leg warmers in general, because they always tend to make my legs look "lumpy". The SM fleece ones really don't have that effect at all. They transition smoothly from the short to the leg warmer. They have a zipper at the ankle so they will go on and off easily with shoes on. And they are SUPER warm. They kept me perfectly comfortable during a very cold ride. I could see them getting too warm later in the spring, so I have just ordered the knee warmers as well.

My father in law gave me a SM fleece vest for Christmas. Of course I really like that, too! Especially the great plum color. (I just ordered the plum fleece arm warmers to match that.... )

Agree w/you about the leg warmers---so nice and warm. I wore them under my Gore bibs this morning and my legs stayed toasty (the wind chill was 17 degrees and there was a prevailing/gusty NW wind). My only gripe w/them is the tag--it's one the inner thigh. I had to cut it off after it abraded/cut my leg a little during a ride.

BTW, I have Velogirls' wool-blend Sheila Moon jacket. It's wonderful. Tends to "shed" though, so make sure you wear it with dark colors!
