I also like to put an emergen'c packet in one of my water bottles. You get vitamins, electolytes, minimal calories, and you have a wide variety of flavors to choose from.

We are looking for electrolytes mainly. My husband is the anti-sweet stuff and we try to share whatever we are using. If it weren't for my teeth I would be perfectly fine with the sugary stuff, I don't have the sugar highs and crashes. We got some samples of the Elete and plan to try them on a longer ride this weekend. I like the high potassium as I get Charley Horses. Thanks for all the suggestions!
