The time to apply Framesaver is before you put all the parts on your frame (wheels, bars, seatpost, gears, cranks, stem, etc) You have to apply the liquid or spray liberally to the insides of the tubes and tip the frame in various directions to coat the insides of the tubes thoroughly, then the excess drips out the ends of the tubes. It's like coating the inside of all the frame tubes with oil. Best done with the tube ends open.
