ooooh, justification AND ensuring money is not spent on something else.
I am liking this.....
Problem is, DH usually pays our property taxes with our return. Maybe I should stress the fact we should have priorities? I need this, I am seriously in love!

Sure, you could play the lottery, or, ahem
, you could do what I did and just way overpay Uncle Sam for a year, and then use the refund for the bike! (Nothing like floating the government an interest-free loan like that )
