    Thankyou TE

Just wanted to say Thankyou to all of you for the heartfelt prayers and sentiments you gave me when my dad died last week. I truly appreciate your friendship and you're a wonderful group of people that I call my friends.
I can only say that I am glad his illness was fairly short from the time we found out he had cancer. He never got the chance to do chemo or anything and he was very accepting of his fate and wanted to not suffer. A few months back he also had surgery for an hernia and that healed nicely and was considered the source of his problem. But he kept losing weight and realized we had another serious problem. He was cremated and had a private service at our family cemetary on our family homeplace and he wants a second memorial which will take place in 2 weeks. I am pleased that I did get to say goodbye and I'll certainly miss him for he is my only dad and I was his only daughter. May he rest in peace. Jennifer

Thank you, Jennifer, for your beautifully written thoughts. You must still be hurting an awful lot, and that will pass with time.

Hold on to the wonderful memories, and let the thoughts of his illness gently evaporate and fly away on butterfly wings.

You're beautiful and strong, Jennifer, and you're surrounded by friends here, as I'm sure you are IRL.

    Hugs and butterflies,
    ~T~

Still sending you hugs, Jennifer, and will be for a very long time... Your dad's always going to be your dad, and he'll always be with you. You never lose that love you had...
Losing your daddy is so incredibly devastating, but after 10 years I've found that the hurt does get a little better with time. Here's to you and your family; for healing hearts...

If you don't mind me asking- what's his first name? I'd like to remember him specifically by name in my prayers.

((((((Jennifer))))))) You will always be his daughter and he will always be your father. I do not have words to help ease the pain. Please know that I am praying for you and your family.
