That's not been my experience at all with Performance Bike. but I'm a complainer, I nagged them about a forty cent charge.
Did you call them?
Because they had free shipping during most of April I have ordered a buttload of stuff from them, all delivered within two days. I joined their buyers club, it was worth it for the shipping and you accumulate "points " for discounts on your next order.

So, I ordered a multitude of items from Performance Bike about 10 days ago, and it has not been sent yet, to my knowledge. They haven't sent me a shipping confirmation, though I did get a purchase confirmation.
Should I contact? I haven't seen my items being through the "Sortation Centers" yet. What the crap?!

Call them. I've noticed that if there's a problem with my order, they are VERY tardy in letting me know. I've even had it be so long that the item(s) are no longer available. No time like the present
