I haven't done it, but I have seveal friends who have. The fundraising goal is pretty high, but they have some tricks. Like last year if you test drove some kind of car that was a sponsor (volvo?), they donated $100 that counted in your fundraising.
The ride itself was really good and it was well supported. And the swag bags were great! They shuttle you and your bike back to Carmel the next day.
2 years ago, I think Sugar Ray played at the show in San Simeon.
