Want to change my bar tape, help me find a nice color

I decided to change my handlebar due to uncomfortable drops on my Dolce Vita 2005 baby that I got last year. Current bar tape is silver http://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCBkM...005&spid=21334 and looks good but I wanted to find something more fun and bright. Was looking at bar tapes online but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know online stores that sell variety of colors, and which color would you pick?

    Torelli sells bar tapes.

You have to tell us what color your bike is. (is that it in the picture?)

my husband and now a coworker just dolled up bikes with red handlebar tapes, red saddles, red cables and red waterbottle cages. It looks cool!

I have the same bike! And actually have been toying with the idea of changing tape because I really don't like the silver tape. I was thinking something completely bizarre like orange but then people might think I'm a Dolphins fan. Maybe yellow?

Another thought I had (if I were a pink person) would be that it would be kinda fun to pair a light pink with the teal color. A bit too Barbie for me, but it could work for someone.

I dunno, I think the teal is pretty hard to compliment. Maybe just go for glaring and you'll probably succeed... good luck and let me know what you pick... and post pictures!

Cinelli makes some of the coolest color combos - confettis and stripes and the like, but right now I'd love some of the Soma yellow and aqua swirl for my ti-bike. It matches my team colors!

this guy won't ship to you, but he does have the best display of all the Cinelli colors I've seen on a web site (go to products - handlebar tape at the top of the page) http://www.rideyourbike.com/

Thanks everyone! I will first check out what my local store has and then probably shop online. Mimi, yes this is the exact bike I have, teal is a nice color but Kimmyt is right , its really hard to compliment. It will probably be a mix of teal and black since my saddle is black too. Hmmm too little options.

Black and white are great colors to combine with teal, they really seems to make the teal pop. The tires they show on the bike at the specialized site look really nice with all three colors combined together.

I would go with a rich purple, and at some point, you could get the Velocity rims in deep eggplant. Teal and purple would be nice.

My Cannondale was a light blue color (not quite teal), and I had pink bar tape and a pink saddle that complimented VERY nicely.

As much as I like pink accessories on bikes, I can't change my saddle for a different one, it took me 6 saddles to finaly be as comfortable as I am. Unfortunately, Selle italia doesn't make Max Flite saddles in pink otherwise i would really consider it :-) . Purple is my favorite color but I am not sure how it would look with teal color, black and white so far sounds like a good option.

    Hi there

This site, although based in the UK, supplies some really cool bar tape.

    http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/

Just do a search on Bar Tape and it comes up with 6 pages, some really great designs and colours, oooops, sorry, I mean colors..........lol

I am sure they deliver to the USA but if they don't, I can always order them and forward them to you.
