    Post your pretty snowy pics

Hey all, since I'm out of school for the second day b/c of the very unusual snow here, I thought I'd ask to see some pictures of the snow where you are (if you have snow where you are). 5-7 inches is extremely unusual here, so it's neat to see things covered in white. I like to look at it from the warmth of my house, but HATE to go outside. Brrrrr....
So let's see those awesome winter pics!

I took pictures, but can't get them to upload, so I'll just look forward to seeing your pics.

Oh, mine can be seen in the PNW forum, http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=11923

    Susan126's are there also...

We no longer have any snow, just chunks of ice on the street...

Two pics: one of my buried sundeck, and another of my front driveway from the deck. See if you can tell where the smothered bamboo and fan palm are... I love this snow (~30cm/12" worth), but we only get this about once every 10 years or so So pretty out there... better than &*%^#@# rain....

Here's mine from earlier this week. We've had about 4" more since.

Funny. We moved to the Okanagan so we wouldn't have weather like this. It's beautiful, though!

The ducks and swan in Polson Park pond were reduced to a small uniced area....poor fellas! We've had about another 4" since then here, too, but at least it's a lot warmer than it was that day - it's only about -5C now! yay!

Oooh, keep on posting the beautiful snow photos ! it's 85F here and it does not feel like winter. It's hard to get in the Christmas mood when you are sweating.

    Beautiful pictures!

This doesn't hold a candle to the beautiful Canadian snow pictures, but here's what we got on Thursday (after 70 degree temps on Tuesday):

No snow at my house, but I took this one to celebrate the first run on my first ski-day of the season, just 20 miles away. I can see this snow from my living room windows!

Not as much as some of the others, but enough for us! This is a pic from my front porch. You can't see the driveway OR the road. They finally plowed it, and underneath was ice. We are not having school again tomorrow. Roads are still very slick.

Ok, I'm cheating, this picture is from last Feb. in Steamboat Springs. This ice and snow was hanging over about 4 feet from the roof of the condo balcony.
