    My new MADONE!

    Hi...
    SOOO...I got my DREAM BIKE...well my dream road bike that is.
    A trek Madone SL 5.2 with a custom project one paint job.
    Next will be a pink mountain bike frame...maybe one day..

    That is one cool and beautiful bike! I know you must be SOOO happy. (note pink smileys)

    I saw you in your sleeveless tank and thought "Geez, does she live in California or something?"...Hah! We're piling on the wool layers over here!

    We are enjoying some awesome weather for mid november, I was able to leave the house @ 7am with just a sleeveless jersey, gotta love it

    Hey Karen- someday we may meet on the trail. I ride with Joy all the time- a midweek morning Chix. But wow- with that new Madone, I dunno. You'll be crusin the Conejo all the time. Maybe space mountain one of these nights.

    That bike is totally awesome. It suits you. The two of you look beautiful together. You will really stand out in the group rides as being extra special.

    I got my handebars wrapped in pink tape too. I have the Pilot 5.2 WSD, which is a pearl pink frame. I love the pink handlebars, especially when just about everyone else on the road has plain black.
