Ummm, no, does PETA know about this little "experiment"?

I've gone off and back on caffeine so many times...with my totally goofy schedule, I will have to keep drinking some caffeine, but I'll cut back. I'm not like some people, who appearantly drink 5 shot lattes...

I'll probably get a call from my doc with the blood test results on Thursday. The soonest I could schedule the echo is next Tues. Of course I'll let y'all know what I learn.

I definitely deserve better chocolate than Mrs. Fields' chips. For now, I'm off for a celebratory bike ride. Wahoo!

    Hi Lise -

Wow - I'm glad everything turned out fine - I get PVCs too - I've had them for 18 years (following heart surgery) and they don't bother me a bit. They do feel wierd when they happen - especially at night because it's quiet and I notice them more, but other than that they are not an issue. It's fun to watch the consternation on the faces of people who have to take my pulse for one reason or another when I'm having a PVC run - they're thinking "what the heck?? - start counting again..."

Welcome to the "syncopated heartbeat" club!
    Keep calm and carry on...

Your news is worthy of Cadbury chocolate Lise. That's yummy stuff (as FishJr would say). I was in the pharmacy yesterday waiting to get the new meds and came up some gigantic cadbury bars. Dairy milk. Yummmmm.... I had one of these in Newfoundland and ate just a little bit each night.

I've been shopping for books for my classroom. So far I have nearly $200 worth in my Amazon account, and I'm not done. I'll add more... I'll have to decide just exactly what I'm going to focus on first and the rest will sit in the Wish List, Save for Later or whatever Amazon calls it.

It takes good books to foster a love of reading in kids.

Beginning of the year topic choices - The Holocaust, Native Americans or Explorers. Tradition is Native Americans.

All is not happy here. We're hooked on the new SciFi series "Eureka." The on-screen and internet program guides both say it should be airing. Instead we have the infantile and moronic super heros series. Of course, Dish Network has no way to talk to a human being. Very effective customer service. If it doesn't fit into one of their FAQ recorded messages, you are SOL.

Do you have Dish Network? Is it showing now? I swear the software goes screwy when it downloads here. Weird things happen.

Ah, Eureka is on now. Happiness is restored. Only program we're currently regularly watching these days.
