First Ride of the Season!

Just had to say thanks again! The inspiration and advice from this board is wonderful. Awhile back I was in a slump but you all helped me get back in a groove. As a result I was able to maintain training indoors all winter. And due to that my ride today was terrific!
Got in 40 miles from Central Park to NJ and back... I just love riding over the George Washington Bridge. NYC looked great - the sky was clear and it felt like spring ... but I must say I still can't get used to the skyline without the Twin Towers

I haven't been back to NY since the towers went down. My daughter is interested in a school in Hoboken; it will be weird to see the sky-line all "bare" in that spot when we do the college-visit

I love the bike-crossing icons on the lights in Manhattan (I'm a west-coast native). Would love to hear more of your insights about riding in the city!
