New (Used) Trainer w/ no directions - yikes- help!

    Hey everyone,
I just bought a Cycleops Fluid Trainer (maybe an '02-'04??). As it didn't come with paperwork, and I've never really seen one of these before, I'm wondering if there are any seperate parts that I could be missing and/or how to attach the bike. Can anyone offer any advice or help?

ps -- if you get stuck, pm me. I'd be happy to talk you through it on the phone. Or come to the Giro di San Francisco on Monday -- we'll warm-up on our trainers and I can show you.

pps -- noticed your dream to design a club jersey in your profile. Stay tuned to velogirls.com -- we have a design contest every fall for the following year's jersey.

    Hey velogirl,

Thanks a lot. Actually, I managed to get the trainer working - in fact so well that I got through my first 'spinervals' "Time Trial Special" DVD yesterday. Surprisingly, my legs don't hurt a bit today, but as I was testing a brand new seat, I've got other sore issues to deal with, (I'll never use that seat again!!).
I heard about the Giro de SF from my favorite LBS on Friday. I would love to go! Where is it exactly and when - I'll be there!
