I have a tiagra rear de.that seems kinda sluggish. Is that how they are? If I upgrade, do you think that an ultegra is noticablly better than a 105 on the rear?

I've been told the higher end derailleurs have stronger springs and shift much faster and smoother. I've never used one, but lots of folks on here have switched up.
