OT:Razors, wax or creams for shaving legs

I am sick and tired of shaving my legs, my hair just must grow fast. I am not hairy and most of my leg hair is really fair. But still. If I wax, don't I have to let the hair grow for awhile.

So what do you recommend. Thanks

I used to wax, but it became such a pain to go to the salon, plus, you are right... there is the grow-out phase. I went back to shaving with a razor, but have found that using a shaving gel is important. I used to use soap, but no more! A good foaming shaving gel with a nice scent and a built-in moisturizer did wonders.
Once, in a pinch, I used my BF's Gillette foaming gel on my legs. It worked well, but then I smelled like a guy for a while. A clean-shaven guy!

I actually use an epilator, which is like waxing in that it rips hairs out at the root. When I go on a trip I don't shave or do anything else. And there's no messy wax.

OK now you are scaring me as soon as I hear the word rip and hair I feel faint.
The most effective way to do it, is to do it.
