Hi all you Southern Californians. I'm going to be out in LaJolla/Oceanside area next month with my friend. we are coming out to learn how to surf, but are bringing our road bikes
Any suggestions on where to ride?

There are lots of San Diego riders on this forum whom I sure will give you some suggestions but also check with some of the local SD bike clubs. If you yahoo or google bicycle clubs in San Diego, lots come up. Most of the websites have route slips posted.

we have a team in san diego that does group rides. The team leader lives in Carlsbad or Encinitas which is next to Oceanside.
