Happy Happy Happy Birthday! Hope you have a good one. They say you should ride twice your age on your birthday. Somehow that seems unfair and should be the reverse -- like half your age. Oh, well. Have fun in any event.

Biking twice my age - good golly - 84 miles! Not quite there yet! But Saturday will be 46 miles, so I'll just pretend I'm 23 today!Keep calm and carry on...
