Talking Completely OT--I love my Roomba!

We just got one of those Roomba vacuum cleaner robot things, and I gotta say, it rocks! We have 2 cats, a Collie, and a parrot who drops stuff, plus a toddler. Needless to say, we NEED a good vacuum. I have been really impressed with how well the Roomba has cleaned. I just thought I would let you all know--less time vacuuming is more time to ride, right?

roomba's are funny little creatures! for the short time we had ours..... i thought i had another pet! lol!

we ended up taking ours back cuz the dog's and cats' hair was too much for it! we were constantly having to clean the beater bar thingy.... for all the trouble... i'd just as soon use my dyson! lol!

but i do miss the "lil guy" doing it's thing!

I always wondered what a Roomba was like, but I LOVE my Dyson. I think I've had it nearly a year now, and vacuuming is still fun- yes I said FUN, and I have not had one speck of trouble with it. I just got the car cleaning kit for it- love that too.

I have one as well and it helps to keep the house somewhat clean in between major vacuuming. I have three shedding dogs and Roomba cannot really keep up with them. Plus it gets stuck all the time. But it is really funny when my dogs bark at it thinking that it might be some sort of an animal. Then I say "Bad Roomba" and my dogs get very happy!.
