My First Ride!! :-D

Dh watched the kiddo this morning so I could take a ride on my new bike. Brandy was able to join me and helped to give me some pointers and etiquette. My initial plan was just to ride around the park near my house. It took us about .5 seconds to blow off the park and head to the beach!

We had such a nice ride. Gorgeous weather and uncrowded. An hour and 20 minutes and 17.3 miles later we made it back home just in time for Brandy to pick up her kids.

I wanted to keep going, going, going. What a perfect day. Brandy, thanks my friend, for coming along with me!

It didn't take much arm twisting for me to go beg Grandma to watch the kids this morning, did it?

I was glad to be there for your first ride...now go sign up for the Cool Breeze. You kicked butt out there today, you can totally do it!
